Leadership coaching that changes behavior, not just thinking

Two ways to work with me: one-on-one coaching, or the Leading Thru the Middle group program.

One-on-one coaching

Stakeholder Centered Coaching

I use the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching method. It is simple, structured, and measured by results that other people can see.

How it works:

1.      Choose. We pick one or two leadership behaviors that will make the biggest difference for you.

2.      Involve. A small group of stakeholders who work with you give input and short, future-focused suggestions (feedforward).

3.      Practice. You work on the new behaviors every week, with my support.

4.      Measure. Your stakeholders rate your progress in short mini-surveys, so you know what has changed.

Who it is for: leaders in transition, such as new in role, preparing for a promotion, or building a new team. Also technical leaders who want more executive presence, influence, and cross-functional impact.

Engagement: Six (6) month engagement with the option to extend. Pricing on request.

Leading Thru the Middle

An 8-week self-leadership program for mid-career women

A small-group program that helps you step out of default mode and lead yourself with intention, at work and at home. Eight weekly 90-minute sessions, in English or Spanish, with up to 10 women per cohort. You choose one behavior to change at work and one at home, practice it with support, and keep going with follow-up for 12 months.

For Companies

Bring Leading Thru the Middle to your women leaders

Sponsor a cohort of up to 10, or several cohorts for a larger group. The program focuses on behavior, not satisfaction scores. Participants can invite colleagues to give input before the program and complete mini-surveys afterward. You receive summarized results, so you see change measured by the people who work with your leaders. Individual comments stay confidential. Participants leave with written commitments, practiced scripts, and a daily tracker. The program can be adapted to your company's needs. It fits organizations that want to prepare women for bigger roles and keep strong performers from burning out or leaving.

Companies can also sponsor one-on-one Stakeholder Centered Coaching for individual leaders.
